How to discover strings on a file

Bismillah
Yesterday i find a useful article make me know how to discover strings on a file. and it's attend benefits for me. It's a tiny-useful tool, and the size is not more than 400 KB. it run on Command Prompt. a example syntax is like Below:

/                                        \
|  String64.exe [file] | findstr /i oem  |
\                                        /
 ========================================
